While we bring in the 4th of July with fireworks and (darn good) snacks at #thebeachouse this Saturday, we’ll be reminiscing about all of the good times that were had during the Memorial Day Weekend Feast for the first #BadAssBBQ at casa de Paige Craig. And, although the specifics of the day are honestly a bit fuzzy for me (from all of the fun, no doubt), I do recall consuming some super tasty snacks, especially Jeffrey Henderson’s ribs and Ken Feldman’s jerk chicken. That being said, I hope all in attendance are ready because there promises to be a mean line-up of snacks (again) for July 4th’s #BadAssBBQ2 Celebrations.
Amongst said snacks will include but will not be limited to Jeffrey Henderson’s ribs (and quite possibly some shrimp skewers), Ken Feldman’s jerk chicken, KW’s korean bbq short ribs, Tony Adam’s marinated chicken (and whatever other yum-ness Tony decides to throw down with), Danielle Pellegrin’s eggs, Adam Bell’s hot sauces, Rob Steven Williams’s tri-tip, something delicious from Babette Pepaj, and last on said list, my own (CrockPot) Jambalaya and Seasonally Inspired Sugar Cookies (and probably another surprise snack or two), to name a few 
.
Lastly, please remember people, if you are coming to the gathering, it is imperative that you bring some sort of snacks to the party for all to enjoy, even if you just plan to make like Francisco Dao and bring some diet sodas – anything & everything is greatly appreciated and much needed to keep the good times rolling for everyone this Saturday (and Sunday)
