First off, grab you the ingredients:
20 Raspberries (Sliced Up)
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
8oz Soft (or Whipped) Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Sour Cream
5oz Whip Cream
Then, make those ingredients do the work:
1. Stir, whip and beat cream cheese until smooth then add the sugar, the sour cream, the vanilla extract, the whip cream and the raspberry slices and mix them all well.
2. Next, pour, spoon or spatula into the graham cracker pie crust then let chill and form for (approximately) 4 hours.
3.) Serve
PS – If you want to get a little fancy, sprinkle some crushed cashews across the top prior to serving.
