Another 48 Hours.. Without Complex Carbohydrates

Similar to one of my previous Diet Snack Plan Articles at ScottySnacks.com regarding daily eating on a no complex carbohydrate diet, this here diet article highlights just that them there content – Reducing the Consumption of Complex Carbohydrates Specifically for Weight Loss and Weight Management.

In an effort to shed some much needed poundage from around the waist line and lower back, I’m taking a stab at an old-school (but effective) rapid weight loss remedy. The guidelines that come with this meal plan consist of eliminating complex carbohydrates (i.e. breads, pastas, rice, potatoes, fried foods) from the diet for two days straight prior to eating complex carbohydrates for one whole day then not eating them again for another two days (and so on and so forth). Sure, just as I noted in, ¡Adiós Complex Carbohydrates And Satiety, Bienvenidos Hunger And Fatigue!, the hunger, the fatigue and the lack in energy and motivation should certainly try to settle in but, some regular fruit and vegetable snacks along with the daily tea servings should help to keep them (and that thing that we call hunger) abroad. And, now, for the second round of 2, no complex carbohydrate days.. :D
