To keep it stealthy strong but still sweetly tasty, I combined a full teaspoon of the rich, black, Golden Monkey Tea (which previously was used for my Orangeious George Tea Snack) with a half a teaspoon of the raspberry chocolate flavored Utopian Jewel Oolong Tea (which you may recall being used for my Spiced Mandarin Gr-oolong Tea Snack) and about a quarter of a teaspoon’s taste of some strawberry scented aged black pu-erh tea, and, honestly, I truly think I may have re-coined the phrase regarding the best part of waking up. Now, now, sure, I could have gone easy on the black tea and harder on the fruity oolong tea but, quite frankly, it’s daylight savings and, you don’t send a crumb to do a snack’s job! Cheers all! :)

The Teas

Since I’ve already covered the Golden Monkey Tea and the Utopian Jewel Oolong Tea, I’ll simplyblock quote those descriptions for you and whip out a fresh one for the..

This particular tea consists of an orange flavored roobois tea and a fancy, fine tasting black tea. As the image implies, I went ahead and added some freshly sliced apple pieces to this round of tea glass tipping and, like each and everyone of My Freshly Brewed Teas, truly enjoyed the combination there of.

Let me personally greet you with a HOT cup of Freshly Brewed Scotty Snacks Tea, specifically the red colored, fruity mint flavored tea combination that you see here. After adding a teaspoon of my mint flavored green tea and a teaspoon of my sweet fruit flavored herbal tea to the boiling water, I placed the lid on top and let this batch brew for about 10-12 minutes prior to pouring it into a small mason jar and sip, sip, sipping it down as hot tea.

As you may have previously sipped on with my article containing the Blue Dew Iced Tea recipe, I tend to mix, match and brew different tea blends in an attempt to construct a deliciously unique flavor to savor (and, perhaps, favor). Well, this time, I made like normal and reached into the cupboard to grab two of my fresh tea filled mason jars. With a spiced mandarin flavored green tea and a raspberry chocolate flavored oolong tea in hand, I eyed down the pot on the stove and made ready for another funky batch of Scotty Snacks Tea.

How The Did Was Done

Once the approximate 1.5 cups of water began to boil, I turned off the heat, dropped in a teaspoon of each tea blend, closed the lid and let said concoction simmer for about 10 minutes. I then poured the mixture into a mason jar of choice, tossed in a cube of ice, gulped it down along with a slice of mandarin and a block of white chocolate (how appropriate, right?) and totally dug the taste of it. After noticing the spice like fruit flavor and considering it’s green tea and oolong tea constituents, I couldn’t help but to claim it, Spiced Mandarin Gr-oolong Tea. You likey?

For this particular tea party, I am boasting about a sweet little tea concoction that I like to coin, Blue Dew. Specifically made using a blueberry flavored rooibos tea and a honeydew melon flavored white tea, I boiled some water on the stove, added 1 teaspoon of each tea and let simmer for about 10 minutes prior to pouring into a small mason jar, adding an ice cube along with a slice of honeydew melon and sipping down. And, let me just tell you, whether served cold in a glass or hot in a cup, this Blue Dew tea will have you requesting a refill before the bottoms are up. Try some!
