For this particular tea party, I am boasting about a sweet little tea concoction that I like to coin, Blue Dew. Specifically made using a blueberry flavored rooibos tea and a honeydew melon flavored white tea, I boiled some water on the stove, added 1 teaspoon of each tea and let simmer for about 10 minutes prior to pouring into a small mason jar, adding an ice cube along with a slice of honeydew melon and sipping down. And, let me just tell you, whether served cold in a glass or hot in a cup, this Blue Dew tea will have you requesting a refill before the bottoms are up. Try some!
