Scotty Snacks Strawberry Sugar Cookie Cake atop a white plate Somewhat similar to (but not to be confused with) my Blueberry White Chocolate Chip Sugar Cookies, this Strawberry Sugar Cookie Cake was created off the cuff using strawberries from the fridge and yet another clarified butter cookie recipe. Check it…

The Goods

2/3 cup and 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/8 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Clarified Butter
1/4 Cup and 2 Tbsp White Sugar
1/4 Egg
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
12 Strawberries (sliced)

Down And Dirty

After combining and/or stirring in the mixture of flour, baking soda, and baking powder with your (separate) mixture of clarified butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract, pour your now mixed cookie cake dough into a 9 X 13 pre-greased pan and set into oven at 350 degrees for approximately 18-25 minutes, until cake it slightly browned and officially baked. Once ready, sprinkle some fresh white sugar atop and let the cake cool down sufficiently prior to cutting/slicing.
