Scotty Snacks Mango Relish with sliced mango, yellow sweet peppers and red sweet peppers atop a white plate As simple as thinly (or thickly should you like your relish thick) slicing some mango, yellow sweet peppers and red sweet peppers, this Mango Relish is an excellent compliment alongside or atop any meat, salad or fruit dish you can think of. Furthermore, if you are one to add herbs (i.e cilantro, basil, mint, parsley, thyme, lavender, spearmint, dill, rosemary, sage) to your snacks, toss said herb in with the relish-ness and see what it do. I came up with this relish when I was consuming all of that Tequila Lime Pork Loin and used cilantro along with it…. Stay tuned to see these dishes as well as other dishes of mine that get treated (right) with this here relish.
