Using the same (clarified) butter that I use to make all of my Cookies, I blended up this here Clarified Basil Butter by simply adding one whole basil leaf to a spoonful of clarified butter and mixing the both up. Similar to the Magic Sauce that I posted a while back as well as the Strawberry Cilantro Sauce that I recently whipped together and the Mango Relish that I just sliced up, this Clarified Basil Butter goes excellent with just about any meal you can think of, especially meats and salads!
