Spinach Soup Recipe
Ingredients
2 bunches of spinach
1 stalk of celery
3-4 medium sized tomatoes (or the equivalent other sized tomatoes)
the juice of 1 orange
a small handful of cilantro
1 clove of garlic *optional
pinch cilantro *garnish
small handful purple cabbage *garnish

Blend, Garnish and Nosh!
This time, I added EXTRA cilantro as garnish with some purple cabbage on top. Mix and swap as you love, the more the merrier. Recipe is fully RAW, Vegan and Plant-based ❤️ #fastfood
