The Breeze Cafe of Destrehan with new orleans style seafood, Poboys, Daily Specials and All, closed their doors on Friday, May 20, 2016.  no word of re-locating and/or opening.

Serving up Southern made dishes with daily specials each week, The Breeze Cafe was a popular dining spot located on Longview Dr in the Destrehan 70047 area of New Orleans.  With (french bread) po-boys, fried seafood platters, burgers, salads, wraps and cajun inspired dishes fresh from the kitchen, The Breeze Cafe fed the local neighborhood patrons classic New Orleans themed dishes Monday through Friday on a weekly basis.  Like that last bite of a sloppy dressed roast beef po boy with warm gravy, all good things usually come to an end and The Breeze Cafe is certainly one of those good things.  Friday, May 20,  2016 was their last day open for business.
